Considering the area, it's both pretty safe and affordable, and the landlord actually does fix things. Very close to WMU and a short drive to downtown Kzoo, and just down the street from the shops on West Main. Other pros: cats only, leasing office has excellent communication with residents, lots of washers and dryers in building. Cons: did have some breakins and sketchy neighbors, had to walk up a lot of broken concrete steps to get into apartment.
