These apartments are perfect for newlyweds on a tight budget or for singles who prefer not to live with roommates! We are located across the street from the Big Blue parking terrace on Old Main Hill- You literally can't live any closer to campus without living on campus!

Most of our apartments are studio style 1 bedroom, units. Between the 10 ft. closet and extra shelves these apartments have a ton of storage. Extra storage is also available on a first come first served basis. We also have on-site coin laundry.

Utilities are included with a flat fee of $125/mo.

Parking will be provided for 1 vehicle, and a second if space allows + a monthly fee of $30.

We are a pet friendly residence and happy to welcome your furry family! The pet deposit is $300, and is refundable. Pet Rent is an additional $25/mo for a dog, and $15/mo for a cat.

There is a non-refundable application fee of $35 per person. We will run a background check and a credit check.
