University Towers is 9 floors they claim it's 10 floors the ground floor is claimed as the first the tilted kilt is also in the bldg witch is great is an old hotel converted over to studios one,two bedroom apts the view to the south is not great about all you see the chase bldg thats about it the view on the north side is best you have a nice view of the colorado Rockies mts if you look a bit to your left the rent is a bit to high i think plus you have to pay common utilities gas ,water, electric so if you not careful it can add up fast right now it is averaging about $115120 to the rent .not real sound prof so you get some what of an echo over all i would say its an ok place it could be better.
