Requirements

Duncan Avenue Apartments are designated for upperclassmen housing. Students accepted for Duncan Avenue Apartments must turn 19 and have completed at least thirty (30) credit hours by August 1 of the contract year (based on Fall occupancy).

Advance placement or college courses completed while in high school do not count towards the thirty credit requirements.

In keeping with a healthy lifestyle, Duncan has a 24hour fullyequipped workout facility in the clubhouse, including access to workout DVDs to be used in the clubhouse common area. It is located off Dickson Street and a comfortable walk to all the amenities and attractions that area has to offer. It is directly across the street from Harmon parking garage and its attached convenience store. Whats more, Duncan Avenue Apartments are just down the road from Brough Commons dining facility, Brough a Go Go, Club Red, as well as Starbucks, Papa Johns, Quiznos, Slim Chickens, and Chef Jets. All apartments also include a full kitchen for those who prefer to prepare food at home.
