Live at East Towne for excellent SYR college living. We don't just rent Apartments; we provide a better living experience.

Come and check us out. With so few reviews, your opinion of East Towne Apartments could be huge.. Within the first week of us moving in our toilet was over filling for about an hour and a half and we had to wait until it was convenient for our guy we pay rent to was able to come over with "his guy" to "fix" it.. Tenants across from us put their disgusting trash outside into the hallway and they put it against our bedroom door and they let it sit out there for hours sometimes days and the smell is beyond mind bothering.. So before you think about moving here.. Please have full attention to this.. On the positive side, the apartment is quiet for the most part.. Getting packages is a huge inconvenience because there are no door bells to ring and the doors can only be opened with a key fob.. What an inconvenience.. There are also domestic disputes, people move in and out constantly, families with screaming kids are moving to the top floors and these apartments are thin walled on a dime and many apartments have 3+ peopls living in them (these are all ONE bedrooms)..
