Modern refinements meet traditional charm at The Colony House Apartments, elegant apartment homes in the heart of New Brunswick, New Jersey, overlooking miles of scenic parklands and riverbanks. Move into the home of your dreams at The Colony House. Excellent place. Maintenance staff were top notch, sometimes arriving withing minutes after putting in a maintenance request. Had a great view from 15th floor of our spacious 1 br apt. Great location. Nice, friendly staff. Maintenance issues could be handled better. Felt like it was management's way of saving on utilities, which made 'all utilities included' much less of a value. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite of these issues. Our convenient location is minutes away from Downtown New Brunswick, where all the finest restaurants lie; Rutgers University, St. Easy access to the NJ Turnpike, Routes 18, 1, 27 and 287, and it's only 3 minutes from the N.
