I've been living here since July of 2012 and really couldn't ask for more. The floor plans are spacious, the location is perfect (less than 10 minutes from downtown Portland), and the staff is attentive, fun, and personable. It's rare to find an apartment that feels like you're in the middle of nature while being so close to bars and restaurants of northwest and downtown. Don't plan on moving any time soon!.

Awesome, secluded location just 10 minutes from downtown Portland. Apartments and grounds are clean and well maintained. Staff is extremely helpful and very nice. Quiet environment makes the apartment living experience here great. Recommended for first timers or privacy seekers. Best complex you've never heard of.

The management is great and helps with any service needed. Lots of floor plan options, huge pool and hot tub, and even secured building entries! The Commons supply great living options for whatever you need.

Any CARD PLAYERS out there? How does potluck poker/hearts/spades/gin?? sound? Friendly (emphasis) competition guaranteed, all ages. Willing to learn/relearn new games toowhist; canasta; handnfoot; cribbage etc. Please post here if you're interested! Rebecca Nasedkin.
