It's perfect! The apartments are very nice and professional looking.. The one bedroom is very spacious and perfect for one (and probably perfect for a couple as well).. The management is very prompt with fixing any maintenance issues and responding to emails with any questions.. It's a perfect distance for driving to campus and the grocery stores are very close as well.. We actually had a great experience living here until we moved out.. These are older buildings that were refurbished, and so they have that good, old fashioned quality construction that a lot of other newer apartments are lacking.. Occasionally there's a bump from upstairs, but it's so quiet you can't generally tell.. They're located in a safe area of Columbia..
