The Plaza is a great place to experience downtown living, just next to the central library and parks.. It is within walking distance of most of the city's entertainment venues.. All around a good experience.. Friendly and helpful staff.. The Ambassador Apartment is really clean and quiet with a very amicable neighborhood.. The staff are super nice and very responsive to questions.. In general, the experience has been wonderful so far.. Move in was fantastically easy and we had a pre move in inspection with the property manager before being given our keys.. I've never had this before and it was definitely a nice extra assurance that everything was in order prior to moving everything into the apartment.. The community has been great as well and the location is fantastic for pretty much anything you could want in downtown Indianapolis.. Ambassador Apt is really clean and quiet with a very amicable neighborhood.. Positive experiences thus far!!! Recommended as a living space in downtown Indy!!! Maintenance requests handled quickly and friendly leasing staff are available to help residents out on a regular basis.. The office staff have been excellent..
