While there's not much of a community feel in the building, everyone is still friendly.. Maintenance here is really amazing and responsive to requests.. About 50% of them have been planned and residents were alerted ahead of time, but the other 50% were sporadic.. Katrina! It's great that you're enjoying life at Avenir.. Front Desk is very pleasant.. The Avenir is a wonderful apartment.. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to be close to all center city has to offer.. This part of the neighborhood is not safe despite being so close to Rittenhouse Square and the Ritz Carlton, the street that The Avenir is on is not nice.. The concierge, who work alone, put up a sign that says they are going on "rounds" and leave the lobby unattended for various stretches of time which can leave you and/or your deliveries locked outside and allows people who should come into the building to come in..
